Program Description

Checkin offers optional, opt-in SMS wellness reflection check-ins. Messages are informational and supportive only and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use this program for emergencies.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your preferences but will not exceed 1 message per day.

Opt-In (How Consent Is Collected)

Users opt in by providing their mobile phone number during onboarding on our website and explicitly agreeing to receive recurring SMS messages from Checkin via an unchecked consent checkbox. Consent is collected prior to any recurring messages being sent and is logged with a timestamp associated with the user account.
