The Service provides optional wellness reflection prompts and related messaging intended to support self-awareness and habit-building. The Service is informational and supportive only.

2. Not Medical Advice; No Emergencies

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use the Service for emergencies. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, you authorize Checkin to send recurring SMS messages to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies but will not exceed 1 message per day.

Messages may include daily wellness check-ins and account-related notifications (for example, verification or consent confirmations).
